The Galician industrial automotive sector is a complex sector where you have to make very fast decisions, in which you need a lot of flexibility and agility and NOA is the perfect tool for this because it allows you to generate many scenarios in a very short space of time. NOA is an easy tool , simple, intuitive, very visual, that can be used at any level of the company's chain of command.

Congalsa is a leading company in the frozen fish processing sector, we are now immersed in a digital transformation of the company, looking for a 4.0 model in food, in this project that is very ambitious we are being accompanied by Norlean.
In this transformation process it is very important to have people and have a professional team that connects all the production processes, all the business processes from an integral point of view of the entire logistics and value chain.
