BFA is part of an initiative that is jointly promoted by four entities: the Xunta de Galicia, Regional Government, Zona Franca Consortium and the Galician Automotive sector led by the PSA Group. Norlean what is a project that has participated in the second and third edition of the BFA.
The Galician industrial automotive sector is a complex sector where you have to make very fast decisions, in which you need a lot of flexibility and agility and NOA is the perfect tool for this because it allows you to generate many scenarios in a very short space of time. NOA is an easy tool , simple, intuitive, very visual, that can be used at any level of the company's chain of command.
Congalsa is a leading company in the frozen fish processing sector, we are now immersed in a digital transformation of the company, looking for a 4.0 model in food, in this project that is very ambitious we are being accompanied by Norlean.
In this transformation process it is very important to have people and have a professional team that connects all the production processes, all the business processes from an integral point of view of the entire logistics and value chain. NOA is also a tool that helps us in this way of defining that industry 4.0 model, we rely on the Digital Twin because it will help us converge and make the right decisions at the moment.
